The Loyalty Program rewards customers with discounts based on their annual order value. The more you purchase within 12 months, the higher the percentage discount you automatically receive on future purchases.
Tiers: from €1,000 – 5% discount, from €2,000 – 7% discount, from €3,500 – 7% discount, from €6,000 – 20% discount on the entire order.
Annual spend includes all completed orders over the past 12 months (excluding VAT and any returns). Once you exceed a threshold, the discount is applied automatically.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout once you reach the relevant tier. No code is required.
The discount applies to the entire assortment unless otherwise stated for a specific product. Combinability with other promotions depends on the campaign terms (some offers may not be combinable).
